Part Time Art Teacher
This teacher will prepare curriculum and provide instruction in art and be responsible for execution of Wildflower’s educational vision and ongoing collaboration with colleagues and community partners to serve that vision. They will plan age-appropriate activities for children in kindergarten through grade eight, evaluate student performance and progress. This teacher may also be involved with art contests or fundraisers, or working with students to prepare props for events and performances.
Teacher must hold appropriate California teaching certificates, permits, or other
documents equivalent to that which district teachers are required to hold pursuant to Education Code Section 47605(l), including an Emergency 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit. Excellent recommendations from student teaching supervisors or other professionals who have observed the personal characteristics, scholastic achievement and classroom performance of the teacher.
